HATFIELD, Wis. — The family of a missing Wisconsin mother is pleading for help in finding her.
Alisha Sidie, 27, disappeared nearly a week ago from her Jackson County home.
Her mother, Susan Rowlee, says her twin grandchildren miss and need their mom. Sidie's twins, Zackary and T.J., are 2 years old.
For days, Sidie's friends and family, along with hundreds of volunteers and law enforcement officers, have combed the area around Hatfield. But there's still no sign of the woman.
Jackson County Sheriff's Sergeant Patrick LaBarbera says they've searched the woods, river and roadways on foot and with ATVs and boats. Investigators also have been going door to door and following up on leads that have come in.
The search for Sidie was halted Wednesday at 4 p.m. and will resume on Thursday.
Sidie's ex-husband, Doug, said his wife left home about 9 p.m. Friday and never returned. He reported her missing about 6 p.m. Saturday.
LaBarbera said officials still are treating it as a search and rescue mission, not a recovery effort.
Sidie was last seen wearing light blue scrubs and a long-sleeved T-shirt. Alisha Sidie is described as 5-foot-5, 135 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Jackson County Sheriff's Department at (715) 284-5357.

Missing Wisconsin Mother Found Dead, Ex-Husband Arrested Monday, November 17, 2008
BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. — Murder charges are expected this week in the death of a Hatfield woman who had been missing since Nov. 7.
Authorities in Jackson County say 27-year-old Alisha Sidie's body was found late Saturday and her former husband has been arrested in her death.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Department said Sidie's body was recovered in a wooded area in the town of Komensky.
Jackson County Sheriff Duane Waldera said Sunday that someone stepped forward with information that led investigators to interview Sidie's ex-husband again.
Waldera says Sidie's ex-husband is cooperating with authorities and that he showed investigators the general area where her body would be found.
Investigators told station WEAU in Eau Claire that the couple's 2-year-old twin boys were in state custody.
