Cole Puffinburger's Dad To Seek Full Custody Of His Son The father of Cole Puffinburger will seek full custody of his 6 - year - old son. The Las Vegas Review Journal is reporting that Robert Puffinburger filed a motion for custody. He is quoted as saying Cole's mother, "Should have known the child could be in danger before he was abducted by men with ties to a Mexican drug ring." Cole is currently under protective custody.

I happened to have breakfast in Vegas this morning and read the Las Vegas Review Journal, which is reporting that the father has gained temporary custody, with the mother allowed supervised weekend visits. It also discussed how they now suspect the mother was possibly involved and reportedly told 3 people that her son had been kidnapped, before he was kidnapped, and told the police she had done so to try to get her father out of hiding.
