We all know that Casey lives on the cell phone. I'd like to spend more time with the cellular record to fill in the gaps, but have been a little distracted posting on the forums. Don't nail me for exact times, as I am working on memory for exact details. This is my outline and need work, but I think the guts are solid. Caylee is getting old enough to talk and maybe she is starting to rat out Casey. Telling Cindy about sharing a bed with Casey and Ricardo or that she spent the day with Casey when Casey was supposed to be at work. Tony does not seem to be that into kids. Keep in mind the night Casey took Caylee home in the middle of the night according to Ricardo. Cindy does not remember this. Where was Caylee at that time? Media suggests that the surge in calls the afternoon of the 16th are from Casey seeking help. George says he saw Casey and Caylee leave around 1:00 on the 16th. Burner says that Casey's car was backed into the garage (unusual) on the 16th. Again sees car backed in on 17th, the day she borrows shovel. Cell phone records show that Casey was calling and texting Tony until around 3:00 in the morning on the 16th. Probably pissed that the had to spend the day with Cindy and Grandpa and was not spending the night with Tony. She gets a call from Cindy around 7. Wakes her up and she calls Cindy back. Casey gets up around noon and checks voice mail and texts and talks to Tony. Cell records show that Casey was at home until about 4 p.m. on the 16th. Even tough George says they left around 1 p.m. All the calls to Cindy and Lee during the afternoon, looking for a baby sitter for the night? Couldn't see Tony Sunday night, has a hot date planned for Monday night. She runs out for about an hour to the area of UCF (to get Xanax?) No one to watch Caylee? Returns home, drugs Caylee puts her in trunk before Cindy gets home from work. Goes out about 6. She is only home about an hour. (UCF is about a 15-20 min ride from home). The reason she drugged Caylee at home and used the garage, where else is she going to put a sleeping or alert toddler in her trunk without being seen. People are going to notice you putting a kid in the trunk. A few calls after 8 p.m. on the 16th go unanswered. Pings show she's at Tony's. Hot date? No Kid? Has phone off? Casey wakes up around 11 a.m. Checks voice mail. Tony probably already left for school. Casey finally remembers Caylee in trunk. Outdoor temp is probably about 90 out side - inside car, at least 120. Casey goes home, backs in garage, opens trunk. Dead Caylee. First instinct, bury her. George has locks on sheds. Goes to neighbors, borrows shovel. Starts to dig hole. (Hence the strange earthen patch in the back yard and the cadaver dog hitting in the back yard. Casey realizes the plan won't work, or too much work in the heat, or Cindy's due home? Scraps plan and puts Caylee back in trunk, returns shovel. I need to work out the rest of the details, timeline and ping and where she dumped the body (Although that may soon be made public). But I think this theory holds water. I'm open to poking holes in it. See I can be serious and have a serious interest in this case! So if I'm right do I get a Scooby Snack?

you could be on to something which would figure into why she was so hot to get her dad away from the trunk of the car having nothing to do with missing gas cans. and at the rate things happen when its overly warm to say the least given outside temps and then doubling that to inside a closed car. which also explains why she drove tony's jeep the whole time he was gone and then moving on to amy car..when the car was seen on the road and the person walking out maybe the baby was already there an she was going to check on her so to speak..

No debate from me. Your theory is certainly plausible.
It's given me a LOT to think about.

On further reflection... We do not know who researched chloroform or when (I'm sure that will come out tomorrow and they may hit George with that if it was done while Casey was in jail.
While Casey was on the phone Monday afternoon. She complains she has a hot date and no one to watch Caylee, looking for sympathy, someone suggests drugging her.
Casey did not intend to sleep that late, figured she would wake up when Tony left for school.
My research shows that chloroform can be used as a cleaning fluid or to alter DNA testing.
So Casey drugs Caylee, George and Cindy realize what happened when they pick up the and Casey's behavior. George, being an ex cop remembers about chloroform, researches, cleans trunk (with caution so he does no knock himself out, hence the research) The cops don't take the car until the day after Cindy called 911, not knowing the significance the car will play.
George and Cindy realizing the implications of what they have done on a knee jerk impulse and realize that the OCSD is figuring out that Caylee is dead and Casey is lying, start back paddling, (Cindy a compulsive liar or brilliant spin doctor?). Is this why she said the smell was a combo of pizza and cleaner? She knew about the chloroform and the true purpose. This why she is covering and not actually in denial. Her and George tampered with evidence and are facing charges, hence the hiring of Najambee (or what ever his name is)? And the reason they are trying to continue the search for a living Caylee. Realizing the ship is sinking and it will come out who Caylee's daddy is and that her "perfect little family" is falling apart, and she is grasping at straws? If Casey is going before a jury they know their involvement is going to come out.
This is why they don't want the body found. As long as Caylee is missing, there is still reasonable doubt.
Cindy grasping creating reasonable doubt today about the DA motives, and blaming the OCSD for not following leads. grasping at straws. She knows the whole family is going down. Notice we have not heard from Lee in weeks. He knows what is happening and distancing himself?
Okay off to bed!

If my theory is close to right, Cindy's comments to the media today make a little more sense. If you can not dazzle them with your brilliance, baffle them with your bullshit! Okay truly off to bed!

I found Lee's behavior in his first interview with the media odd. He was very defensive when confronted in the driveway and then loosened up and was laughing and joking with them. He thought they were on to the cover-up that he knew about and once he realized they didn't have a clue, started answering questions willingly. Is this the reason they have not released the transcripts for this Downing chick or what ever her name is that I have not heard about. Casey bought drugs from her that evening, near UCF to drug Caylee? Sick! Gag!!! No joke this time, off to bed. If I can stop thinking, shut my brain off!

Brain not cooperating with shut down mode. Why have we not heard anything from the Anthony camp in weeks (only a few comments from their media relations bull crap spokes person), and suddenly, the day before the GJ hearing, Cindy is openly taking to the media (probably without George's consent) I know run on sentence!!!! Auk!!!! I swear, I do my most creative thinking in the shower, while trying to fall asleep, taking a smoke break at work or in the john. It sucks being me!

OMG...excellent point...that could very well be! I was puzzled by this when it happened. I thought, Lee coming home, gets clobbered by the media, puts up defenses, realizes he is a star (and a narcicist like his sister). But now it makes sense. I think Casey never anticipated that she would be a suspect only a victim when cornered, until Lee hit her with "a slap of reality" (Okay cops come over "where's Caylee, take us to her to make sure she's okay") She says okay you want to know the truth (a dead giveaway in my experience that someone is going to lie). Then the Caylee's been missing! No lie this time time for bed and sleep. I'm going to need some serious "Mountain Dew" action in the morning

I agree with Janea, that Casey never dreamed that she would be a suspect because she has gotten away with all of her bullshit lies her whole life. The other residents at Camp Crazy have allowed her to get away with the most outlandish shit because it's far easier. Lee was the other kid, not as big a deal, George can be gone, have his whiskey sours :spray: (that cracked me up!!) and let control freak Cindy be in charge. I think Cindy's parenting, which is LAZY, is just as abusive as anything physical. Of course Casey would tell cops what she did - she's been patted on the head for it her whole life. She could easily tell Cindy that she left the baby with a "nanny" that no one ever met, and that it was reasonable to be out there on a backwards kind of search on her own, and that she was afraid for everyone's safety...holy shit, she DID tell it to Cindy, and Cindy believes it. What I've always had trouble with though, was the chloroform. There are a million ways you could knock your kid out, and if something went wrong, it could be explained away. Especially by someone who lies as easily as she breathes. Shit, I can't take Benadryl without being passed out for hours. In fact, I've always had some trouble with the whole "there was an accident and she panicked" theory. She's too skilled a liar, and too much a drama queen. If Caylee had actually drowned in the pool because dipshit wasn't paying attention, she could have called 911, cried and carried on about how she tried to save her child, blah, blah, blah...Camp Crazy would have believed it, and frankly so would most of the public at large. Especially with this past summer being full of the stories of the dumbasses who have left their children to bake in cars. I even looked up the Munchausen by Proxy info, just to check it out, because I thought there may have been that kind of thing going on at first. Casey is in need of everyone's full attention, and as Caylee got older, she got more of the attention. Cindy may have been about to crack down finally after the stolen money from the grandparents, and checking into getting custody of Caylee. Maybe Dipshit thought if she could do something that would make Caylee sick, that Cindy couldn't kick them out, or take Caylee away. Plus, the attention is back on Casey. BUT, that was before the computer searches for missing child sites and chlororform. It's too weird, even for these freaks. I think she got the idea in her mind that she could "create" her own missing child saga. She's never been challenged on her bullshit lies before, so in her sick mind, she can have the best of both worlds - the freedom she wants shop, party, vacation, and fuck everyone in the greater Orlando area, WHILE still having the mommy and daddy gravy train. No one could kick out a grieving victim... she's the poor tot mom, after all. She probably envisioned all kinds of attention and money. Just thoughts....
