Waiting for an article on it now. My have to step down--forced off case by the bar, because he's not experienced in murder trials. I just did a really long reply to this, and it disappeared before I posted!! Let's just say, I don't think he's represented his client well and I'm not surprised they are doing something. I'm looking forward to reading the article.

I want his clent to lose, so I want him to stay. I want her to be found guilty of all that she is guilty of....but I want it to happen after the fairest of trials. I get you may not see it the same way I do...but perhaps you can think of it this way....if she isn't given a fair trial, or have competent counsel, then there will always be a doubt over her conviction and she will remain a celebrity with many supporters...you don't want that, do you?

I just want her arse in prison convicted of murder of her beautiful 2 yo daughter that we all know she did for a very long time and I really do not care who defends her in her trial, but I see it easier to get a conviction with this bozo.

LMAO. Don't worry, I think she's given them more than enough to convict her with, even with the best of trial lawyers.

I want his clent to lose, so I want him to stay. I agree! I always thought Jose was part of Casey's karma.

Maybe Casey will want to represent herself. She should have a legal degree by now, all time she has spent at Jose's office.

New lead attorney for Casey? Should Casey face a homicide charge, she could be going to trial with a new lead counsel. FOX 35 has learned from the president of the Criminal Defense Attorney's Association that Baez might not be permitted to represent Anthony in a first degree murder trial. Richard Hornsby said Baez does not meet the standards set forth by attorneys in capital cases. To be lead counsel you must: have had five years experience as an attorney served as co-counsel on two death penalty cases demonstrated proficiency and commitment which exemplify quality representation in capital cases However, Baez could still be part of a legal team. Todd Black, spokesperson for Baez, offered this response on Monday: "It will not change the commitment of the Baez Law Firm and they are fully prepared if an indictment is handed down to represent Ms. Anthony to the fullest." www.myfoxorlando.com/myfox/pages/News/Detail?contentId=7637901&version=1&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=TSTY&pageId=3.2.1
