New Developments in Puffinburger Kidnapping The grandfather of kidnapped six-year-old Cole Puffinburger is now a "person of interest" in the case. Police say 51-year-old Clemens Fred Tinnemeyer has been missing since May. He contacted his wife in August and she filed a missing persons report on him in September. Investigators believe that Cole was kidnapped because of money that Tinnemeyer stole from a Mexican drug cartel. Police didn't specify the amount Tinnemeyer stole, but said it was in the "millions." The three men who took Cole from his northeast valley home Wednesday morning were reportedly looking for the stolen money, but abducted the kid when they didn't find it. Tinnemeyer is white, 5'10", about 200 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He has a four-inch scar on his right knee and a three-inch scar on his left shoulder. He was last seen driving a white 2004 Dodge pickup truck, with Mississippi license number KA6251. Cole is 3'11", 48 pounds with stained front teeth, blond hair and blue eyes. He wears silver wire-rimmed glasses. The boy was last wearing a black WWE John Cena t-shirt, dark jeans, and black Vans shoes. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Cole Puffinburger or Clemens Tinnemeyer should call Metro at 828-5678 or Crime Stoppers at 385-5555. www.kxnt.com/New-Developments-in-Child-Kidnapping/3156133Mexican drug cartel. OMFG. This poor kid.
