So what y'all think of Lee's testimony today? I think he totally tightened the noose around Casey's neck - and he seemed to know what he was doing since he laughed and smirked through the whole thing. So either he was smirking because he one-upped his sister or because he thinks he and Baby Killer one-upped the cops because he knew Casey had lied to them.

Lee had a grand ole time, laughing, grinning, scratching, rubbing his nose.
Soon instead of yelling, "CMA, CMA", he'll be yelling "Timer55, Timer55".
It really amazes me how that whole Scamthony bunch think they are smarter then everyone else. I think he was smirking because he thinks Baby Killer and him one-upped the cops.
He acted like the whole thing was a joke, a waste of his precious loser time. I hate those people.

Okay, Hubby has gone to bed and I am getting ready to watch the recordings. We have not heard one word from C&G since the body was found, other than the memorial, and we all know how that went. I can understand Lee's desire to get this behind him. But one question that has been nagging me is if C&G and Conway have thrown Lee under the proverbial bus to test the waters... See what kinds of questions Morgan has planned so that they can prepare their answers...

Gee, Lee managed to shave for the deposition that he was not sure if the media would in fact record... At Caylee's funeral, he could not be bothered, which he knew would be covered by all of the local media!

My impression from part one...
Lee says that to the best of his knowledge that the night of Casey's arrest was the first time Cindy has heard the name Zanny or Zenida. But Cindy gives the OCSO and FBI a whole laundry list of references to Zanny. Casey told Cindy on many nights that she had to work late and would crash at Zanny's, when she was in fact sleeping over at "Retardo's" (Dumbo ears). And then the whole Hard Rock Tampa thing and the "accident" that kept Casey and Caylee in Tampa for days...
Didn't Inspector Gadget interrogate Cindy like the rest of Caseys friends, while he was doing his "investigation"?

Really this whole Scamanthony thing is just setting up for a case of reasonable doubt. So who's story is right, Casey's, the one she told her mama, or the one she told Lee? Pity the jury that has to sit on this case! Hopefully there is some good solid evidence to keep Baby Killer in jail for the rest of her life.
When Lee was asked why did he believe his sister he said he had to. When asked why he had to he said he "just had to". What kind of freaky answer is that. What, if he doesn't believe her he'll implode? Die screaming "I'm melting" like the Wicked Witch in Oz? Or maybe he'll be implicated in the disposal of his niece's body or aiding and abetting or covering up a felony crime.
Does Casey really believe people will believe her new story that Zani took Caylee while they were in a park? She told Lee Zani didn't have a weapon so why didn't she just SCREAM! That story is even less plausible than the other one. Just give Baby Killer a gun and let her finish herself off, because all this shit she spews is just digging her own grave.

So here I am, torturing myself, watching part 2 of Lee's deposition. So he says Casey and him have hundreds of friends, and those are who he was investigating. He believes everything Casey tells him. I guess he isn't aware of the accusations she made against him regarding his sexual advances towards her.
Unbelievable.

An attorney on NG last night made the comment, "Lee has really let the horses out of the stable and there's no way they'll be able to put them back in again." I think the testimony that Lee gave was some of the most damaging testimony we've heard so far. Do they really think that the public is going to believe that a 120 lb. woman is going to grab a toddler away from a person without a fight??? NOW WE ALL KNOW what we'd do if someone approached us and took one of our kids. Frick, I'd scratch, claw kick, jab, scream and whatever else I had to, and that f-ing cell phone she was on all the time, you think she wouldn't call the cops if someone came and stole her little girl out of her arms? That is total bullcrap. And then there's the "timer 59= insanity. You think that a person is going to take over someones myspace + facebook and pretend she's CaseyO? omg, these people must think we are total morons. It sounds like some dumb kid made up this story! And! she hadn't worked for over 4 years, where did she get the money to pay this (rich nanny)? All this is just so much garbage, actually I think it serves to just piss us off more than anything else. But, it did get a judge to postpone C&G depos b/c they are so emotionally destroyed. Can you tell me--- When has the Anthony's emotional status ever pre-empted a media blitz??? They have (demanded) being front and center since day one. They were on airplanes flying back and forth across the country on evey major media outlet in the country and SUDDENLY they can't talk? WTF is that about except, when it comes time for the "truth" to be known, the Anthony's are far far away... I wonder why? What scares me is that some jury may actually be crazy enough to believe this insanity. Oh, I hope not. Maybe she'll get a mis-trial due to media coverage? Horrible thought...jenarosa

JennaRosa: You're right. The freaks (Cindy & George) manage to be interviewed on Larry King, I think it was, and didn't feel the least bit stressed that they were on a show watched around the world. Yet they claim they can't be questioned by the civil attorney? The worst part of this story is that the dirtbag Judge allowed it. Judges aren't all on our side, you know. They're often in it for their own paycheck and ego. Some of them i.e. Federal Judges... actually in open Court advise inmates under death sentences that they will block the sentence if the inmates simply asks that it be done. Judges are a big part of the problem we have in America with crime.
