Cefuroxime Prescribed 7/11/07 by Dr. Kendall
Protonix Prescribed 3/11/04 by Dr. Clary-Lantis
Altace Prescribed 6/11/04 by Dr. Mahood
Propoxyphene-n Prescribed 6/19/06 by Dr. Namvar
Carisoprodol Prescribed 6/19/06 by Dr. Namvar

Hydrochlorothiazide Prescribed 11/22/08 by Dr. Bengaard
Lexapro Prescribed 11/06/08 by Dr. Gallas
Lexapro Prescribed 12/06/08 by Dr. Gallas
All the prescriptions were in Cindy's name.
Lexapro is used to treat anxiety and major depressive disorder.
Cefuroxime is used for treating bacterial infections. An Antibiotic.
Protonix is for Short-term treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Altace is used for treating high blood pressure or decreasing the risk of heart attack or stroke.
Propoxyphene is a narcotic pain reliever.
Carisoprodol is a centrally-acting skeletal muscle relaxant.
Clonazepam is a highly potent anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant also used to treat anxiety.
Hydrochlorothiazide treats fluid retention (edema) in people with congestive heart failure, cirrhosis of the liver, or kidney disorders.
Take note of all of the different doctors that have written the prescriptions. Also notice that Altace and Hydrochlorothiazide might have been something George was taking. When he tried to off himself, he took his blood pressure and heart pills... He had access to some pretty good stuff that Cindy was on that would have been more efficient way to get the job done.
So if Altace and Hydrochlorothiazide were George's pills (no prescriptions for George were on the list made by OCSO), are Cindy and George committing insurance fraud? George had just started a new job when they located Casey, so he probably didn't have insurance. So they were using Cindy's insurance to cover George? Just make the appointment for Cindy, George takes the exam and the doctor writes the prescription to Cindy?
