When I first seen this, my original thought was that she was referring to the first offer of “limit immunity” way back when. Then I thought maybe they are offering her a deal because they are getting nervous with all the “hot shot” expert witnesses she has on her defense team. Not really sure if either are true, however I believe that she is being vague enough in her comments so that people will intentionally misinterpret what she means. Typical Casey. Web of lies and deceptions. I just hope that this motion is not a “showing of the hand” by the State. Meaning, they ARE getting a little concerned because of the power expert witnesses they have on the defense team. My advice to the prosecutor would be….. STAY THE COURSE! You have what you need to convict, don’t stumble now. I know everyone is worried about her exploiting her daughter’s death (which I feel is equal to the lowest scum of the earth; which we all know she is) but the state cannot be distracted. They must get the conviction for Calyee’s sake. I could be totally off base here, but this motion filed by the State makes me a little uneasy. Anyone else have any thoughts on the matter? Am I off base here? www.wesh.com/download/2009/0310/18900892.pdf

When I viewed the latest videos of her in court, seems the state is always trying to "prove" for lack of a better word... I don't know, I feel they have to get tougher with her in the court room. Baez is hitting every ball back they're trying to bat, even harder. I've said it before, Baez is a caseyviper, he acts like he's defending his girlfriend of wife. He's pulling out all the stops. She certainly didn't get some schlep of a p-defender, this guy is giving it 110% for Casey. The prosecution seems like a "weak sperm" to me. They're so mealy mouthed. Why the hell don't they come out and blast JB & CA? Why all the "I'm sorrry and yes sir + yes ma'am and Oh we didn't mean to film her, it's done routinely." WTF this woman is accused of one of the most henious crime of the decade, frick they beat that little 15 yr old girl to death for tossing a shoe at them, and Ole Casey keeps getting massive preferrential treatment. It's always "Thank you Ma'am" (Stan Strickland) Guess I want them to stand up and say, "Look you little Ho bag, we're gunna fuck you up if you don't confess or maybe use some gitmo tactics on ya like setting you're tittys on fire... I'm sick of all this kissing her ass. Plea deal??? She needs leathal injection. This is getting me so angry. This is a horrible travisty of justice!!! Why are they going so soft on her? How the hell is she getting a (OJ. like dreamteam)? This is totally disgusting! The state needs to grow some ballz and quite acting like they are afraid of JB and Casey. Seriously, I can't believe what I've been seeing... and! all the media attention + book deal and movie!!! There r no words for how shameful this is. I am ashamed of my country and the justice system. Like someone said, If a black man commited this crime, he'd be under the jail by now... I search the web and I found that woman usually receive counseling and a lighter sentence where as if a man kills their child, they most always get life w/o parole and usually leathal injection. Sorry, I'm pissed. jenarosa

Maybe I am dope....I'm thinking it's a good sign that the prosecution has been just kind of sitting back quietly, not responding to Franken-Baez's every whine/bitch/moan. I'm not exactly sure about a deal. The only thing I kind of know about is the handwritten addition that KC added to a response filed yesterday. That was where she wrote that the state was angry because she wouldn't take a deal. First of all, that really seems like a proper legal response...."they're angry." Yeah, that's a legal argument. What....they're angry with her, so setting her up? That deal she's referring to could have been the one way back before they found Caylee.
I just keep thinking that once everything is laid out in a timeline like fashion, it will really come together. Starting with the fact that KC never was the one who reported Caylee missing. Those 31 days later, it was big mouth Cindy that did it. And, that first call to 911 was the most honest she has ever been - the frantic way she explained the situation (which is totally normal) to the smell in the car.
I think it's easy to be worried when we are just seeing the snippets that are coming out bit by bit. We forget to add of that to the endless trail of bullshit and bizzarro actions by all of Camp Crazy.
Frankly, I am all for her spending life or the majority of it in prison over the DP. We all know how long it actually takes for someone to be put to death, and all that time with her and that fucked up family of hers, she will continue to get attention and play the martyr. So will Cindy, and that will keep them going on and on and we're always going to have to hear their dumb-ass lame reasoning. Plus, I'm really a bitch, so I would like to take away all of their martyr-dom and their attention grabbing. Putting her away for the best years of her life, taking away her freedom and youth and not seeing all of the spotlight on her is the exact polar opposite of what she more than likely killed Caylee over. How fitting is that??! Plus, I've always thought that her action was more of a way of KC getting back at Cindy more than wanting to party and be free (though that is a part of it). So, it is even more fitting that not only did she have the last word with Cindy and in her sick mind having "trumped" her, it also makes Cindy spend all of her years only being able to focus on her own guilt is causing alot of what makes KC a freak rather than dwelling on a DP being another way that her precious KC is being pursecuted. Wimp #1 will not change...he'll let Cindy run all over him and he can live in his sad-sack world, and weirdo Lee can just alternate between being angry and a weirdo for the rest of his life.
Like I said, I'm a bitch and a depressing, guilt-ridden rest of their lives is what they deserve. Plus, they will all have to account one day beyond this world and any earthly punishment they can get here.

The plea is a test, it is only a test. The judge wants to know who is paying the bill for this "dream team" of attorneys and experts. The bait or plea is for Biaz. If it goes to trial, he stands to make alot more money as a full trial is alot more movie worthy than simply copping a plea. It looks better in a movie and has more entertainment value. He has already been caught trying to broker a deal, he should be disbarred. WTF? Why doesn't the prosecution call them on the carpet? I say yank the carpet out from underneath them at every turn, but I guess that leaves no room for surprise. I believe the prosecution has many eggs in their basket we are unaware of.

Does anyone else suspect that Biaz wants to block the current video from the jail where he is crying with TotMom from public release because it shows them in a attorney-client (cozy) position.... er...... a little too affectionate that is?

What confuses me is Baez is saying that Casey has signed over the rights to any photos and video to him (like they are valuable). But then Casey says in her sworn statement (like we are to believe her) that Baez does not have any book or media deals about her story. How does she know what he has cooking on the back burner. I think this whole thing is a play on words, so that when to book or movie does come out, everything has been so well documented that they can show proof, that's not what I said. He is trying to baffle us with his bullshit because he does not have any brilliance to dazzle us with.
