Heath Ledger's 2-year-old daughter to inherit all of the late actor's estate1 hour ago PERTH, Australia — An Australian newspaper says Heath Ledger's infant daughter, Matilda Rose, is set to inherit all of her late actor father's multimillion-dollar estate. The Australian actor, who died from an accidental prescription drug overdose in January, signed a will before his daughter was born leaving everything to his parents and three sisters. But Ledger's father, Kim Ledger, tells the Australian newspaper the Sunday Times that the family has given all the money to two-year-old Matilda. There has also been speculation that Ledger's former partner, Michelle Williams, might lodge a claim. MORE: canadianpress.google.com/article/ALeqM5gLaJFcJ_Cm4eCUbd87QfCm4gbzWw

I was reading about this yesterday...according to the Aussie papers, they already attended NY Court and put on the record that the family makes no claim to the money and want to gift it all to Matilda.
I doubt Michelle would make a claim other than to assist with raising Matilda in the way Heath would have wanted her raised. But, that's just my opinion.

He would have wanted her to have the money, to be raised as she should be. And I think his family members are great people. Not often that you hear a story like this. I miss Heath so much...still can't believe he's gone. A rare talent.
